When to apply for GRE?

There are no specific GRE Exam dates in India. You can take it any time of the year by taking an appointment with the closest GRE exam center.

What are the documents required for GRE?

You need no birth certificate or any other photo ID for GRE. The only document required is your valid original passport, not a photocopy. They are very strict about it.

What is the structure of the GRE exam?

GRE Test is divided into three sections:

·         Analytical writing: it has two separately timed tasks. One to analyze an issue and the other to analyze an argument. Time allotted is 30 minutes per task.

·         Verbal reasoning: It again has two parts having 20 questions each. Time allotted is 30 minutes per section.

·         Quantitative reasoning: This one also has two sections of 20 questions each. The time allotted is 35 minutes per section.

You will be notified by an email when your score is ready to be served to you. You can log into My GRE account on the ETS website and check your score.
